Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Mabby app. By using Mabby, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Mabby
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Your account
You don't need an account to plan trips. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
What you share
These terms cover what other people can see: your name, your handle, the name of a trip you share, and the notes on it. You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share with, only to run Mabby.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse
Don't post anything, or behave in any way, that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or impersonates anyone;
- is hateful, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise objectionable;
- shares someone else's private information without permission;
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- is spam, or tries to break or misuse Mabby.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content, and none for people who abuse other travellers. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Reporting
You can report another person's name from a trip you share with them, or email support@mabby.app. We may remove content, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms.
Plans are suggestions
Mabby's plans, drive times, prices, opening hours and place details come from estimates and third-party sources, and they can be wrong or out of date. Check roads, weather, closures, bookings and local rules yourself, and always drive safely: don't use the app while driving. You're responsible for your own trip.
Maps and place data
Map and place data comes from providers including Apple, Google and OpenStreetMap contributors (© OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License). Photos are used under their licences and credited where shown.
Mabby's app and art
The app, its drawn world and its characters, including Mabby and Joerge, belong to us. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.
No warranty
Mabby is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, accurate or error-free. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Mabby. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Apple
If you downloaded Mabby from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for Mabby or its support.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the app about significant changes. If you keep using Mabby after a change, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
